1. The villa is available from 1500hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1000hrs on the day of departure. |

2. It is the tenants responsibility to leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3. Tenants are responsible for all breakage’s and damage to the property and its contents and shall replace or pay the owner for replacement. |

4. Deposit is non returnable. |

5. Any due balance of payment to be paid six weeks before the start of the holiday. In the event of cancellation once the booking has been made, we will endeavour to re-let the villa. However, if this is not possible then the full amount will have to be paid. |

6. The villa must not be occupied by more than the maximum number stated on the Booking Form. |

7. The owner cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the tenants personal effects or luggage while on holiday. |

A booking form will be supplied on request. To book the villa would you please check the availability with us first. You can E-mail us on keithwatson48@hotmail.com. If we can offer you any suitable dates then please request a booking form (if you have not already done so) and return the completed form together with a cheque for the deposit of '£100 per week of stay' to the address specified on the form. Any due balance of payment is to be paid six weeks before the start of the holiday. Note that a 'standard week' is taken to start and end on a SATURDAY and the villa is usually booked in FORTNIGHTLY 'blocks' (eg 2 weeks, 4 weeks etc.). However, it is sometimes possible to arrange other lengths of stay so please ask if this is required. |
